Knauf Supplier Portal is a new digital platform from Jaggaer for procurement related activities.
Are there any costs for the registration?
No, the use of the portal via Web-EDI is free of charge for you.
I am already a Jaggaer user with a different customer. Do I still need to register again?
Yes, in this case you can log in to the system with your company credentials, where you can fill out the customer specific questionnaire.
Where do I log in to the system?

How can I fix it when I get an error message when I click on the log in link?
Please delete the cookies in your browser and try again.
What should I do if I have received an invitation for each business entity?
The registration process must be done separately for each business entity, due to technical requirements.
What can I do, if I filled out all the mandatory fields in the questionnaire but still get a message about the incompleteness?
Review the certification tab and make sure that you fill in the validity dates and upload each confirmed certificate. Before continuing, please make sure you save the changes.
Is it possible to share the access to the system with my colleagues?
Yes, additional contact persons can always be added in the system, where you can grant them access.
